Satisfactory Stay
helpful staff excellent location poor isolation cleaning issue
The staff were very helpful. They explained everything about the area. A beautiful view of the Bosphorus was available from my room. The location is excellent too.
The windows had poor isolation, so the room was very noisy. I had to sleep wearing earplugs.

poor drainage high minibar prices
I found a couple of issues . The shower drainage was poor. Water accumulated quickly, and it took a while to drain. the minibar prices seemed quite high compared to nearby shops. I felt a bit overcharged when I checked the bill.

fresh pastries good view friendly staff rushed check-in filter coffee missing bath robes
the breakfast was amazing, a feast. i remember the fresh pastries and the good view from the breakfast area. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the rooms were also nice. i liked the modern interior of the hotel, it gave a lovely feel.
the check in felt rushed and impersonal. i wished it was more informative, especially for us tourists. the coffee could be better, it was just filter coffee. i seemed like bath robes should be provided in the room.
